The Starting Point: Initial Contact in 2023 Rooted in Youth-Centric Design


In 2023, HWA discovered our successful track record in the youth streetwear market through social media and initiated collaboration discussions. The brand clearly outlined its requirements for innovative designs and a fast-response supply chain. We promptly responded by developing the first batch of samples that blended street culture with futuristic elements. This phase was defined by "shared attitude" – our mutual understanding of youth culture laid a solid foundation for the partnership.

From Samples to Bulk Production: A One-Year Rapid-Response Partnership

 

HWA highly commended the creative designs and production efficiency of the initial samples, leading to bulk production orders starting in Q3 2023. We provided end-to-end services from design to production, even assisting the brand in optimizing its supply chain to reduce lead times. As of 2024, we have jointly launched 2 limited-edition collections, with products distributed across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, achieving an annual order growth rate of 150%.




Future Plans: Factory Visit in March 2025 and Capacity Expansion

 

To deepen the collaboration, the HWA team plans to visit our China factory in March 2025, with a focus on inspecting our digital production lines and rapid prototyping capabilities. This visit will facilitate the joint development of a capacity expansion plan for 2025 and explore possibilities for more limited-edition collaborations. We look forward to supporting HWA in solidifying its position as a leader in European streetwear through transparent production practices.  




Collaboration Results and Industry Impact

 

The partnership with HWA transcends commercial success, standing as a benchmark case in rapid-response streetwear production. We helped the brand reduce the design-to-shelf cycle by 40% and decrease defect rates to below 1% through digital manufacturing. This collaboration model has attracted attention from multiple European streetwear brands. Moving forward, we will continue to innovate youth-centric solutions to drive industry transformation.
