ditch-Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing cooperation process
Two months before Black Friday 2022, ditch took the initiative to make inquiries to Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing in Alibaba International Station, asking us whether we could achieve fast samples and accept large orders, and sent us a total of 20 Tech packs including hoodies, T-shirts, jeans, zipper hoodies, sweatpants, etc. And hope to get our quick reply. We checked and verified the Tech Pack as soon as we received the enquiry. After a brief communication with ditch, Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing learned that the original supplier of ditch had problems in production. However, due to the approach of Black Friday, ditch's production plan could not be changed, so it was necessary to find a supplier that could realize fast samples and accept large orders. So after judging and confirming the time cycle, Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing started the production of the sample. Because Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing are our own factory, fabric cutting, sample making and LOGO making are all completed in the factory. Under the condition of expedited production, 20 samples can be finished in about 10 days. In order to ensure that ditch could get the bulk goods before Black Friday, we confirmed the sample effect and bulk goods order with ditch by video call. ditch said that although the sample effect could only be seen by video at that time, through our professional display and explanation, we could intuitively feel that the quality of the samples was fully in line with expectations. This is why ditch is able to confirm bulk orders via video calls.
After the samples and bulk orders were confirmed, we started the production of bulk goods and sent the samples to ditch through international logistics channels so that ditch could start the product preheating plan in advance. During this period, ditch would follow up the production progress of large goods almost every day. In order to dispel ditch's doubts, we would update the production progress for ditch and shoot videos for confirmation every day.
