Moonlight Mansion-Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing cooperation process

  In 2021, the Moonlight Mansion brand has just started, and the quantity of large goods cannot reach the minimum order quantity of local factories. Through Alibaba International Station, Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing release the low-MOQ brand custom RFQ. After comprehensive consideration, Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing believe that Moonlight Mansion will be a brand with great potential due to its unique design. After filling in the RFQ, Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing successfully contacted Moonlight Mansion and started the production of the first batch of samples after understanding their customization needs. Meanwhile, considering that the quantity of the first batch of mass goods of Moonlight Mansion will be small, when sending the samples, Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing also synchronously prepare flat fabric and process cutting corresponding to sample quality, which saves product cost for customers to the greatest extent

  Moonlight Mansion affirmed our product quality, delivery time and service after receiving the sample, and started to discuss the production of bulk goods. In order to save the customer's cost, we showed the customer the effect and cost of embroidery, screen printing, puffs printing, digital printing and other processes through Whatsapp video call during the communication. As well as the difference between different components and different grams of fabric, such as 100% cotton, Moonlight Mansion, the first batch of mass goods, we recommended 450GSM 100% cotton fabric to the customer, after various confirmation, we determined the cooperation and started the first batch of 30 pieces of mass order production. Meets Moonlight Mansion's low MOQ requirement. Continued cooperation has followed.

  In the third quarter of 2024, the MoonLight Mansion team and Vicinity team jointly visited the Hangzhou Garment Factory in China to inspect the cutting, sewing, sample research and development, embroidery process, post-packaging full process workshop and storage system. The visiting team recognized the intelligent production equipment and standardized quality control system. Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing also led the MoonLight Mansion team and Vicinity team to visit the China International Textile Fabrics and Accessories Expo (intertextile) to recommend more surface accessories.
